Event Donation & Material Diversion
Enso is more than a circular materials marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are also committed to giving back to the communities around us. When organizations host events, the materials left behind often end up in landfills. Enso steps in to coordinate the donation of those materials to local schools, nonprofits, assisted living facilities, and community programs, turning post-event waste into lasting community value.
Below are real-world examples of how Enso has helped organizations redirect valuable materials from waste streams to community benefit.
Goldman Sachs Annual Event
Following an annual Goldman Sachs event, we successfully diverted a wide range of materials from waste by coordinating donations to local community partners. Items that were donated included pantry organizers, glass cookie jars, chip rack displays, A-frame signs, standing baskets, wine buckets, and nesting riser displays.
The items were redistributed to nearby elementary schools and they are now being repurposed to support classroom organization, staff spaces, and student programs.
This effort reduced post-event waste and also extended the life of event materials while providing value to the surrounding community.
